As a dietitian and coach I work with people who are struggling with a variety of health challenges such as difficulty losing weight and body fat, high blood pressure and cholesterol and are overwhelmed with the idea of prepping and planning healthy meals. In my work I help my patients and their families to successfully incorporate delicious, easy to prepare whole foods into their personalized plan so that they can permanently lose weight, improve body composition and performance and achieve their health goals.
